National Disability Insurance Scheme - NDIS

If your plan allows (I.e. your plan includes Capacity Building) you may access psychological support.  In accordance with the NDIS listed fees for clinical psychology the following charges apply*:

•  Individual therapy (over the age of 7 years) - $214.41 for in-clinic sessions (as per NDIS price guide, 1 July 2019, item ref no: 15_054_0128_1_3).

• Individual therapy (aged 0 – 6 years of age) - $214.41 for in-clinic sessions (as per NDIS price guide, 1 July 2019 Item ref no:15_054_0128_1_3 )

• Out of clinic travel – up to 45 minutes of travel time may be charged sessions against the appointment they are travelling to, at the hourly rate for the relevant support item (as per NDIS price guide, 1 July 2019).

• Report – a report is charged against the hourly rate for the relevant support item

I accept different methods of payments:
•     If you are Self Managing your funds, then you are expected to pay the invoices directly on the day of your visit.
•     If you have a Plan Nominee/ Management Provider help to manage your NDIS funding for you, then they would pay the invoices.

I no longer accept clients who are directly managed by NDIS - should you seek to continue sessions with me - a mutual agreement as to future payments will need to be reached.

Please note the following:
1.    For clients Managed by NDIS: we require a copy of your NDIS summary plan.  An  agreement form also has to be completed to decide on how many sessions are required. This will be completed during your first visit.
2.    For clients who do not attend the appointment or give notice prior to the 48-hour notice, the session will be charged at the maximum fee of 90%.
3.    Assessment costs will vary depending on what assessments are administered and how many hours/units in total. 
4.    For the first session please bring your NDIS Approved Plan Summary which states the summary of areas approved and budget allocated for each intervention area.
